As per my previous post I am unsure how my training for Ham & Lyme will look, what it will entail, or even when it begins. Haphazard, sporadic, and lacking in continuity, will more than likely be accurate descriptions.
In the meantime I have decided to publish a monthly round up of the runs I have done, starting with the Dec 2016. Now the very high majority of my running is done off road.
